What type of leather do you use?
We use only premium full-grain leather sourced from ethical suppliers. Our leather is vegetable-tanned, which means it ages beautifully and develops a rich patina over time. This traditional tanning process ensures durability while being environmentally conscious.
Can I customize my belt?
Yes! We offer various customization options including personalized engravings, custom sizing, and buckle selection. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your specific requirements. Custom belts may require additional production time.

How should I care for my leather belt?
To maintain your belt's beauty and longevity: Clean with a soft, damp cloth and air dry completely. Apply quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months to prevent cracking. Avoid excessive water exposure and extreme temperatures. Store flat or hanging when not in use. With proper care, your handcrafted belt will last for decades.
Is it normal for leather to change color over time?
Yes, this is one of the beautiful characteristics of genuine leather! Our vegetable-tanned leather naturally develops a rich patina with age and use, becoming more attractive over time. This aging process is a sign of quality leather and makes each belt uniquely yours.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your belt, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The belt must be in original condition. Custom or personalized belts are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer warranty on your belts?
Yes! All our handcrafted belts come with a 2-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, hardware failure, and other craftsmanship issues. Normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse, is not covered.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
