Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are not required to provide a specific reason.

Order Cancellation or Modification

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After this time, orders cannot be modified or cancelled for logistical reasons.

  • Once received, you may return your order at your own expense.


Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging.

  • Some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Personalised products

To respect the 30-day timeframe, simply send us your return request communication before expiry of the return period.

Please structure your return email as follows:

  • Subject: Return Order #0000

  • Order details (name & email used for purchase):

  • Reason for return:

  • Photo of received product(s):

The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received, excluding additional shipping costs that differ from our free standard delivery.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 30 days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return a product for reasons other than defects or damage (e.g. change of mind), you bear the return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for assessment. In these cases, Angela Sydney will cover the return shipping costs in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Proof of Delivery

We strongly encourage you to obtain a proof of delivery and keep a photo of it.

If we request proof of delivery and you cannot provide it, we will not be able to process your refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

All refunds are processed within 30 days.

Policy for Personalised Products

Products customised with text or other personalisation cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold.

However:

  • If we failed to follow your specifications exactly, we commit to replacing the product with one that complies fully.

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Requests must be submitted by email with supporting photos.
